hhnd Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hhnd" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino services available at hhnd.io, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services.
• "User", "you" or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the hhnd platform in any capacity.

3.1 Age Requirement

All duplicate accounts and associated balances, including any winnings, will be voided upon discovery.

3.3 Registration Information

You must promptly update your account information if any details change. hhnd is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the User.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

hhnd is required to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. hhnd handles all identity documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions

Access to hhnd may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws of your country or region of residence. hhnd makes no representations that access to or use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hhnd account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. hhnd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify the hhnd support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. hhnd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. All activity occurring under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you report a security concern promptly upon becoming aware of it.

hhnd employs 256-bit SSL encryption, SMS OTP verification for password resets, and automated suspicious-activity detection to protect User accounts. Despite these measures, hhnd cannot guarantee the absolute security of any system and encourages Users to use strong, unique passwords and to log out after each session.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hhnd currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hhnd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all payment methods used must be registered in the same name as the hhnd account holder.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. hhnd does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Users are advised to check the current limits displayed on the deposit page within their account.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your hhnd account balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. hhnd is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on the payment provider's end. 5.4 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. There are no foreign exchange fees on any deposit or withdrawal transaction processed through hhnd.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested by Users who have completed KYC identity verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Accounts under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or policy violation may have withdrawal privileges suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.

6.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. hhnd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts, or payment methods not previously associated with the User's account.

6.3 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. 6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the bonus balance being forfeited. Real money funds that have not been used to meet any applicable bonus wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time subject to the above conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hhnd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the hhnd platform. • Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh or other applicable jurisdictions that cannot be excluded by contract.
